Ages 3-K* - 9:30 to 11:30 am
Grades 1-5* - 6 to 8:30 pm
Each day children will learn something new about God. At VBS kids learn the way they learn best. Not all kids learn the same way, so VBS offers six daily stations to meet the needs of all kinds of learners. Children will come away from each day remembering the Bible Point because each child will pick it up in a way that matches his or her learning style.
We’ve heard from teenagers and adult volunteers that they have benefited from the active, fresh story presentations at VBS. Hearts have been touched, lived have been changed, and faith has been renewed after experiencing Bible truths in such new ways! You will be touched to see children respond to the message of the gospel.
To register, pick up a form at the church, or give us a call at 522-0462. Ask for Rea-Lynne.

A part of the Pathway program, the Children’s Ministry has discipleship classes to help challenge and measure spiritual growth. It is designed to be just for kids in 3rd-5th grade; childcare is available for younger children. Give us a call if you’d like to set up a one-on-one Pathway 1 discussion for your child and a children’s pastor; this is ideal for kids with special needs or those not yet in 3rd grade.
May 19 (Pathway 1 only)
September 29 (Pathway 1 only)
November 24 (Pathway 1 only)
On each of these dates we’re offering both Pathway classes, 1-3 pm. Each class takes a full 2 hours.
Pathway 1 - Knowing Christ
This class answers the question, “What does it mean to be a Christian and what is baptism?”
Pathway 2 - Growing in Christ
This class addresses the disciplines that lead to growth in Christ, such as praying, Bible reading, scripture memory, and giving.
This summer 3rd graders will learn how they can choose to live their way or they can get flipt by Jesus and live His way—cause its the best way!
Last year’s day camp was a hit so we’re offering it again, Monday-Wednesday, July 11-13, 8 am - 5 pm.
Each day will be jam packed with activities, worship, teaching, games* and crafts. Your child wont want to miss it! One afternoon will be filled with water games!!
Children will discover how they can follow Jesus teaching in situations they face every day by remembering the following Bible-based flips: live His way, say no to sin, know whats true, look for what Jesus sees, forgive for free, stop and stand, and being friends with Jesus is as easy as A-B-C, and dont quit—its worth it.
*Who can flip pancakes the farthest? Well find out!
Kids in Discipleship & Service is for children age 4 through 5th grade.
Each session of TK is packed with age-appropriate, fun activities, games, and a lesson designed to teach children who Jesus is, and how to have a close relationship with Him.
Each meeting of TeamK.I.D.S. begins with games and activities related to the week’s lesson, followed by Bible study, then scripture memory and writing exercises. It concludes with games and a snack.
Children in 4th & 5th grades will be given the opportunity to attend Childrens Worship Team rehearsal, and be prepared to lead in Childrens Worship on the weekends. (Middle and High School students are also encouraged to come to the rehearsals and serve on the weekends. Youll be finished each Tuesday in time to attend MS Group at 6:30. Contact us for more info.)
