Laura has been working with the Student Ministries at CCoF since 1996 holding a pastoral position. As of last year she took on the role as the Director of all the Student Ministries from Middle School through College. She is married to Craig Ducommun who works as the Director of Weekend Services for the adult ministries. If she were ever asked, "Are you an extrovert?" She would reply, "People think I am, but really I am an introvert and enjoy taking some time to myself.

Cody James Bayles (that is bay - less) was born and raised in Flagstaff, AZ. He has been working full time with the youth at CCoF since early 2006. In 2007 he moved into the position of the HS Director where he has undertaken several projects and events with students from all over Flagstaff. Then in 2008 he transitioned into the role of Director of Weekend Services, making Brad Dorman the High School Director. If he was asked, "What is your personality type?" He would quickly respond with, "The one that likes to party."

Matthew Joseph Diaz, aka Matt Jo, has lived in Flagstaff for most of his life. He was the student ministry intern for 2004 - mid2006 when he accepted a director level position. Since early 2007 he has taken on the role as the Middle School and College Director providing oversight to key leaders within both ministries. He has taken on several events and projects with both the MS and HS ministries as well as with College. If he were asked, "Are MS and College students different?" He would respond, "The ladies change but the guys act the same."
